Arkansas DTF pioneers
DTF printing is not new to us. We have been doing it from the beginning.
T&R Printing Co. was producing DTF transfers in Arkansas before the process became common across the state. Years of daily, hands-on production have helped us refine artwork preparation, color, adhesion, gang-sheet layout, repeatability, and the details that separate a usable transfer from a dependable production transfer.
DTF has been part of T&R production since the technology's early adoption in Arkansas—not a recent add-on to our shop.
We have used that experience to tighten artwork standards, transparent-file handling, sizing, layout, print consistency, and production review.
Our DTF workflow is designed around repeatable transfers for decorators, brands, businesses, schools, teams, churches, events, and custom apparel orders.
